The Company is a legal successor of the Company for auditing, controlling, and consulting &#8220;UHY Mont Audit&#8221; LLC Podgorica, registered in 2014, as a legal successor of &#8220;HLB Mont Audit plus&#8221; LLC Podgorica founded in 2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;HLB Mont Audit&#8221; LLC Podgorica is registered to perform the following activities:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Accounting, bookkeeping, audit services, and tax consulting,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Consulting activities related to business and other management,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Other professional, scientific, and technical activities.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;HLB Mont Audit&#8221; LLC Podgorica is a company that mainly deals with the provision of external audit services; accounting services; tax and financial consulting; property and capital\/business valuation of companies; quality assessments of information systems; and quality assessment services of internal auditing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company&#8217;s funds are kept on giro accounts of Hipotekarna banka AD Podgorica (number 520-10161-50) and Crnogorska kommercijalna banka AD Podgorica (number 510-20206-47).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By decision of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, no. 02-4376\/2 dated June 8, 2009, the Company was granted permission to perform auditing activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The founder of the Company is Djordjije Rakocevic, Ph.
