HLB organization

The organization and management of the Company are governed by the Company’s Statute, and regulated in detail by the Rulebook on internal organization and systematization of work.

The management body of the Company has one member, who is also the director of the Company. By his powers and competencies, the Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Company and supervision of the quality of work performed.

The responsible person and Director of the Company is Prof. Slavko Rakocevic, Ph. D, authorized auditor and licensed state auditor.

The authorized representative and owner of the Company (owner of all shares in the Company) is Djordjije Rakocevic, Ph. D, authorized auditor and main partner of the Company.
