HLB Mont Audit, in collaboration with the Montenegrin Educational Center  and the Institute of Internal Auditors of Montenegro , is organizing a practical training program in the field of Financial Reporting and Application of Tax Regulations in Montenegro according to the educational program of the Center for Vocational Education of Montenegro (CSO).

By the decision of the Ministry of Education of Montenegro, UPI number 1050303-605/20-2743 dated October 30, 2020, the Montenegrin Educational Center, founded by the Institute of Internal Auditors of Montenegro, was granted a License to conduct educational programs.

We organize practical training in the field of financial reporting in accordance with the requirements of IIA Standard 2120.A1 – Internal audit activity must assess the risk associated with corporate governance, operations, and information systems, related to the reliability and integrity of financial information.

In order to obtain a certificate with the title “Accounting Technician,” you need to fulfill the following requirements:

Primary educational requirement:

  • Completed four-year secondary school education (Level IV1)
  • Proficiency in one foreign language
  • Computer literacy

The subjects that the participant attends:

  1. Business Transaction Recording
  2. Tax System of Montenegro
  3. Preparation and Compilation of Financial Statements for Legal Entities
  4. Commercial Law
  5. Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting

Testing:

The candidate is tested (in written and/or oral form) for each attended subject (based on the previously conducted training and provided literature).

 

Submission of Certificate Issuance Request:

The candidate is required to fill out the Certificate Issuance Request for obtaining the professional qualification “Accounting Technician,” which is submitted to the Montenegrin Educational Center and provided with the accompanying documentation to the administration.

All participants who successfully pass the exams at the end of the training will receive a certificate recognized based on the license issued by the Ministry of Education. Additionally, certified members/participants of the training provided by the Institute of Internal Auditors of Montenegro will receive 20 CPE (Continuing Professional Education) hours upon completion of the three-month training program, in addition to the certificate of successfully completing the education program.

The participation fee for the certification cycle is 600 € per candidate.
